From the Graveyard Gala: All the Details on Lady Gaga’s Wednesday Announcement

-

The “Graveyard Gala” in New York City was the scene of a major announcement. Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance to confirm her involvement in Wednesday Season 2, revealing a new single titled “The Dead Dance” set for a September 3, 2025 release.

Joined on stage by Jenna Ortega, Emma Myers, and Joy Sunday, Gaga detailed how the song is deeply connected to the show and will be released on the same day as the season’s second part. The event featured coffin-themed listening booths for an exclusive preview.

Gaga also verified that she is a cast member in the new season, putting an end to months of rumors. “I had a wonderful time working on Wednesday season two,” she said, praising the show’s cast and creative leadership.

The event’s highlight, however, was the trailer tease. A new clip featured a voice widely identified as Gaga’s, delivering a sinister warning that has left fans desperate to know more about her character.
