Netflix’s Next Big Mystery is Here: ‘Wake Up Dead Man’ Teaser Released

-

Get ready for Netflix’s next big mystery event. The streaming giant has released the first teaser for Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, the highly anticipated third film in the popular franchise. The clip reintroduces Daniel Craig as Benoit Blanc, who is on the trail of a killer in a baffling new case.

The teaser sets up an “impossible crime”: the murder of a Catholic priest, played by Josh Brolin, during a live church service. The suspenseful preview hints at a dark and intricate plot, filled with the clever misdirection that writer-director Rian Johnson is known for.

The film features a dazzling array of talent, including Glenn Close, Cailee Spaeny, Kerry Washington, Mila Kunis, and Jeremy Renner, among others. Daniel Craig also returns with a new, more sophisticated style for Blanc, marked by longer hair and sharp suits.

Having premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6th, Wake Up Dead Man is poised for a major holiday season release. It will first open in select theaters on November 26th before making its grand debut on the Netflix streaming platform on December 12th.
