Tech-Driven Survey Reveals Historic Dip in Tusk Administration’s Approval Ratings

-

Public sentiment towards Poland’s government has reached its lowest point since Prime Minister Donald Tusk assumed office, according to a recent survey. The poll indicates that 50% of respondents believe the country is on the wrong track, while only 28% think it is heading in the right direction. A notable 22% of participants remained undecided. The survey highlights a decline in optimism, with positive views dropping by three percentage points and negative perspectives rising by two points compared to figures from June.

The government’s political standing appears to be at its weakest during its current term, as 51% of respondents described the political situation in Poland as unfavorable. This marks the highest level of political dissatisfaction recorded since Tusk’s government began its tenure. In contrast, a mere 11% of those surveyed held a positive view of the country’s political climate.

Economic perceptions have also taken a downward turn. While 34% of respondents still rated the economy positively, this figure only slightly surpasses the 30% who viewed it negatively. This shift in sentiment reflects a decrease in economic optimism from the previous month. Additionally, many respondents seem skeptical about any significant economic improvements in the coming year, with concerns mounting over both political and economic prospects.

Despite the overarching decline in confidence, a majority of respondents, 63%, expressed satisfaction with their family’s standard of living. Furthermore, 64% described their household’s financial situation as good. However, both of these figures have seen a decline since June.

The survey results suggest that nearly all major indicators of public sentiment worsened in July. This is particularly evident in the growing pessimism surrounding Poland’s political environment and future living standards.
